I created The Vivacious Chef somewhere between discovering food blogs and boring my friends talking about food. What a lovely experience it has been so far - I get to talk about food, and those who care can read about it! I love to field questions, and I like it even more when people tell me what they think on a topic. I believe in synthesizing multiple versions of a recipe to find a method, and to create the perfect dish. I cook with "methods" versus "recipes" because each chef is different, and should make each dish their own. So, follow my methods, and make substitutions as you see fit, and let me know what you decided to do!

Come on Unc, I post plenty of fool-proof stuff - egg sandwich - come on. You've never made one? Please. You can cook just fine. :)
